Worst convenience store I've been to. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done so. This morning, I went to put gas in my car, but the machine didn't work. I had put $60 and it is still not refunded in my account. I waited for someone to help me, but the owner was inside not attending to his customers. I went inside the business and still no one came to see me. I could clearly see the man sitting there looking at his phone and making fun of the customers. I had to ask “Hello, is someone there” 3 times before he came to me and sighed. I kindly explained the situation to him and showed him the proof of payment on my phone, but the gentleman didn't understand. He sighed and seemed angry. He didn't speak French and didn't seem to understand me either. He yelled at me that the "machine doesn't work" and told me that "you don't understand computer machine". I left without gassing, because I was insulted by the way he treats his customers and that the man wanted me to pay again even though I had proof of payment in hand. I call it stealing. I went to the nearby convenience store (Couche Tard) to get gas and the lady at the cash register was really very nice and cheerful. She even made me smile again after this terrible situation with the other man from Le Beau Soir. In short, I strongly advise you to walk 20 meters further to go to Couche Tard to avoid the unpleasant and frustrating attitude of this man, owner of Beau Soir!
