I have never had any problems with any pharmacy before! Having worked in the laboratory, I know the workings and I have always been patient and cheerful since this environment is not always easy. However, I have had many horrible experiences with this pharmacy. I find it sad because I know I am a very warm and understanding customer. I already had a crisis from a technician because she couldn't find my medications (even though I had respected the deadlines requested by her colleague during the phone call). And sorry, but yelling at you in front of other customers, I don't find it very respectful and professional. I always get a condescending attitude (almost a crisis) when I call at 9 a.m. to have my medications prepared and I don't know if my schedule will allow me to just pick them up in the evening or the next day morning (I don't understand what the problem is with not knowing exactly when I pass when I leave between 12h and 24h to prepare medicine). Recently we had an insurance change that complicated the process. Without having any compassion for the problems we had encountered, they were extremely cold (very stupid) and they did not make any notes in the files to ensure follow-up. We have a message on the answering machine stating A and another colleague nastily insists that it is B. I strongly advise against this pharmacy and they have placed us in a problematic situation with insurance. There are some excellent technicians and pharmacists I have dealt with, but my experience has been horrible on several occasions at this pharmacy.

Unfortunately I have to take narcotics and it was always hell to have them at this pharmacy, even my doctor had to interfere. When I went to pick them up they made me feel like I was worthless so that’s why I completely changed pharmacies.
I went to Familiprix Saint-Isidore omg it's so day and night between the two pharmacies here they are really attentive and above all they don't judge you and also they take the time to advise you well don't you only one number for you

Hi, I sometimes had difficulty with certain medications but I called to be able to speak to a Pharmacist and Mr. David was really up to the task. Professional, patient and gave me a lot of relevant information.
I wanted to thank him and let management know that he is doing an excellent job. Thank you very much David.

Two words describe this pharmacy.
Unprofessional and fly by night . I've never heard of a pharmacy dictating and changing what my medical professionals prescribe. Cutting my orders. Resulting in running out of my prescription . In on other prescription, they told me that I had to run out before refilling!!
Avoid this pharmacy at ALL COST.!
Will be flushing them asap.

Takes way too long to receive our prescriptions and most of the time there are almost no customers waiting for a prescription. The technician answers the call rather than responding to customers at reception. I know what I'm talking about, I worked 5 years as a pharmacy technical assistant.
