They always go above and beyond to try to help you, and they actually treat you like an actual human being and not just dollar signs. Very old-school values here, and that's hard to find these days.
While I was in the waiting room, I heard them get a call from a person who discovered 2 nails in their tire and had to drive back to MTL. This was 30 mins before closing. They told her to come in and they'll fix it. In my opinion that is great service and actual caring.

If the estimate makes no sense, ask them to check it. When you quote as estimate, it’s ok to be a little off, not a lot off. That should have been on them. My reaction, was on me. Lesson learned.”
