I was there on a Sunday afternoon, he had a chain to prevent us from entering. The lady came to us to ask: what do you want to buy? without entering the store. I told him that I wanted to see the inventory to create a need for myself! She told me to come back later as she didn't have time to let me in. The owner is not at all welcoming. I would even say unpleasant. Avoid this place

This time the lady was pleasant
The gentleman still is...
But we follow us step by step, I can understand 'the flight' but it's a little tiring....

If it was possible to put zero we would have done so.
In fact, like many people, it is impossible to see inside the store... a prison guard will block your access with an incredible lack of respect.
You must indicate what you wish to purchase to enter…. While we ignore the contents of the store…. ?

First impression; shocking and I almost walked away for the first time this year.
As a tradition, i visit this place once a year on thanks giving weekend.
This year, I showed up with both my kids as my son was eager to also contribute to our new ornament picking.
The lady up front was NOT letting me in with both my kids. I reassured her that I come every year and always pick out 1 ornament as a tradition. I also told her that my kids (almost 9 and 11) were very responsible and told to keep their hands to their self.
She still refused. I had to call my husband to wait outside with one of my kids as they rock paper scissored to see who was able to come in. It was heartbreaking. I was so so close to walking away.
When i entered the lady explained that she can only let 6 people in and everything is very fragile.. I was still unpleased but something about this store is so magical, I couldn't't help myself but half smile and make my way inside.
As I was approaching the cash, the lady kindly asked if I wanted to switch kids so my son could also come in and see the ornaments. I appreciated her acknowledgement.
The lady is not a grinch, she just has rules that are somewhat silly but seeing the fragile decorations, I couldn't imagine 15+ people in there.
I would recommend the lineup idea but I sincerely hope they see this review and reconsider the 2 person rule. Dont split up a family, it just isn't right-fun.
I dont mind waiting an extra 5-10 mins to go inside if I can enter with my family-friends etc.
P.S the ornaments and decoatrions are breathtaking.

Good morning,
One beautiful sunny Saturday in September, my friends from Switzerland and I wanted to go shopping for a little souvenir in a charming Christmas shop in Saint-Sauveur.
We lined up behind the little chain that asked us to wait for someone to come pick us up, so excited about the person who was going to come out to greet us. Will it be adorned with a little Christmas hat? Pixie ears? Will she just be Mother Christmas herself? The excitement was palpable...
**Precision, an excitement of five very docile mature adults aged 30 in line behind a small chain.
(No frivolous and casual young people)
The door opens, a couple comes out and a lady asks us to step back to let them out. Well, from the height of my 120 wet pounds I didn't think I was blocking the exit space but, who am I to judge the needs of others. Not a remark absurd enough to affect my enthusiasm.
And there we met the Grinch...
She asks us how many there are of us. There were five of us. She tells us that it's a maximum of 2. She quickly goes on to ask us: what are you looking for?
We were stunned, taken by surprise and incomprehension of the question. I managed to ignore the fact that we were surrounded by the magic of Christmas in the middle of September.
She tells us that for free visits it is only from 2 p.m.
So I quickly said, “We need balls!!!”
And she tells me that she has to take care of her customers...
Inner thought: (I mean what are we?)
With my energy of despair I quickly articulate: “We come from Switzerland, we are not going to come back at 2 p.m.”.
She had clients to take care of, maybe she had the North Pole waiting for a shipment of little artificial & sparkling snow... because there weren't enough of us.
In short, the memories we bring back from the Click store are not in the form of green, red & gold ornaments, but in the form of a disappointing anecdote with a lady on the defensive of joy.
Dear lady, I hope that life will be good to you so that your traumas that you throw on others soften and that St-Sauveur can continue to decorate their house and their hearts with Christmas magic.

DON’T GO! she refuses everyone and especially if you have children! So discriminatory…. Damage
Go look elsewhere and encourage businesses that are worth it!
