We visited the St Sauveur Guess Outlet earlier this month. Maria was helping me and she was very friendly and provided great customer service. The reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the supervisor Delphine or Delthine (the old lady amongst the young workers), made extremely RACIST remarks against my kids. I work for law enforcement, I’m cleared higher than she could ever be and she made comments insinuating that if they ever thought about stealing from the store their security alarms would go off and the police would arrive quickly. I thought she was joking because no normal person would make such racist remarks unless they were joking. She was serious the whole time, didn’t crack a smile, so I returned everything I bought and am complaining to head office. My kids were so well mannered and quiet in the store and followed me everywhere. She needs counselling as shes either mentally ill if not extremely racist and rude. I’m making sure everyone knows the treatment we received at the St Sauveur Guess Outlet.
