A few days ago, I went in frantically to look for a new SIM card. Somebody had just hacked my phone so I had to take action! I explained my issue to the vey nice and oh so helpful sista at the counter. She was very attentive to my needs and knew exactly what to do. I didn’t even know this company existed, till I fell upon this kiosk at the mall! I was pleasantly relieved when all was done. She informed me of the services that they offered, with all the phone companies they deal with, to get a better deal for us customers.. All in 7 min.. I will definitely go back for my next phone issue???”

Met Nicholas, Roger and a William Nylander look alike. Anyway , phone was all busted up. They not only repaired it all but also when I came to pickup the phone. They gave me a refund of $55 . Said the cover I needed was not the one I paid for so they reimbursed me what I overpaid.
