Terrible wait times...this is not acceptable.. this isn't downtown Montreal, furthermore finding parking in the parking lot is next to impossible. The bank tellers are competent and courteous.

Such slooooow service. Tellers leave and go to the bathroom for an unnaturally long amount of time. Not enough tellers at their windows. The errors made at this bank are numerous. I’ve had to go back to the same teller 3 times to correct her error. Needs some serious management.

I was well received, both me and my autistic daughter. The staff is adequate, smiling, and attentive to the customer..Mr. Abrahim was incredibly kind and professional, and Ms. Chantal was welcoming, with a contagious smile, and you didn't feel like a number, a simple customer. We feel privileged when communicating with them, and well served. Well done to this team. I highly recommend them...

To do business with 3 different banks/credit unions RBC will not give you the worst service possible. Impossible to call directly to the branch, hell talk to someone on the phone, the wait is endless. It took 6 months to resolve a transaction problem that went through our account twice. In addition, your costs for absolutely everything in business account.It's fortunate that your advisors at the counter offer us good service... in short, you are lucky that my partner insists on staying with you for company...It would have been a long time since I said ByeBye to you

If you're looking for apathy and gross incompetence with your personal finances, look no further.I had to verify my identity with them (in person) 3 times before they would give me the money that was deposited in my account.I was promised unlimited transfers with no etransfers...but then they told me it was a little o 1500 after pulling my credit and opening the account.The branch manager treated me like I was criminal because I wanted to pull-out my funds and close my account. I've never been spoken to in such a rude manner by a banker.They can't even ensure the parking lot is salted, paved or snow removed. I almost fell as I was trying to enter the building.This bank is hazardous to your wealth and health.edit: the bank draft they gave me was too faded and my current bank rejected it. Caused me to go into my overdraft.

I've been to this branch only twice but I wanted to leave a review because today they were great. I've read some of the bad reviews and I can't really relate, maybe the staff changed over the last 2 years? I don't know. Anyways, today I went in for an appointment (made over the phone) to request a bunch of papers I needed for a process I'm undertaking with Revenue Quebec. I spent a total of 1h with Sophie, who was incredibly thorough and meticulous, making sure everything I needed was in order. I felt like she really cared about me having all the stuff in my list. At one point she apologized for "taking so long" which I found funny because she was doing an excellent job and checking Revenue Quebec's list as if it was her process. Thank you Sophie for providing such a great service and being so nice!

Courteous, efficient, professional, attentive service.. Suggestions for the Prévost credit union comparison: chairs arranged for all customers, with a call number system, which I find good, for elderly and limited people.
