Today is the day I write a glowing review on this hardware store., I normally don’t post reviews but the staff left me with an impression i couldn’t resist. First off their staff was exceptionally extremely helpful & very professional, I needed baseboard heaters since I’am renovating my basement at my home in (Laval) in which I was spending my long weekend up north, I think his name was (Elli) he was simply great on explaining the different wattage on square feet for the heating, secondly it’s the only BMR that has a designer for all your bathroom decor & remodeling renovations , if anyone needs work in for the bathroom it’s the place to go & ask for Brigitte. , I would rate this place a 20/10!!! , wow & bravo not only to the staff but also the management to implement this kind of service. Félicitations à toute l’équipe BMR DAGENAIS!

I'm not from the area and I went to BMR for my brother who was at his chalet in St-Adolphe, he needed Bond mortar, I had great service from friendly and helpful people, it doesn't make sense I recommend this place, I congratulate the whole team of this super BMR Bravo Bravo Bravo.

Whenever we have a problem at the chalet, it’s always a pleasure to go to BMR Dagenais. The employees are competent and affable.
How many times Michel and André (electricity section) have saved the situation!!!

Not a great experience with the lady (cashier) who gave us our credit account application for our company (Les Entreprise AM Electrique. feel free to contact us during business hours) Right off the bat she was rude. Made me consider giving our account to Saint-Adolphe instead. I want to do business with nice people not ones on a high horse.

Wow... it's no longer like it was several years ago with Mr. Dagenais... unfortunately I must say... prices more expensive than the competition, schedules that don't work with Mr. and Mrs. everyone (closed on Sunday and Friday evening, help!)... no competition in St-Sauveur... so I go to Lachute/St-Jérôme for big purchases... I would like to review my hardware store years gone by...

Thanks to the elder of the court near the St-Gabriel coast. He was able to advise me to avoid a lot of trouble with the repair of the roof of my shed by suggesting that I buy a packet of Mont Blanc.

Manager has a very high estime of himself. He forgets that we, the customers, are paying his salary by shopping there. He should be more friendly with us so we don't avoid Rona because of him. The cashiers and the other staffs are very nice at least.
