Camping municipal de Saint-Siméon offers a nice overall experience with a beautiful location directly on the beach and stunning views of the river. The campsite is run by the municipality and is conveniently located next to the ferry terminal and close to the town, although dining options are limited. The sites are a bit small and can feel cramped, especially during busy times, but the view from the upper-level sites is exceptional. The facilities include functional and relatively clean toilets, a laundry area, and a mini play area for young children. While the site can be noisy and crowded, it is dog-friendly, allowing dogs on a leash. Visitors have reported sightings of wildlife such as belugas and seals, enhancing the natural beauty of the area. Despite some minor issues like the condition of the toilet block and the presence of seasonal campers, many guests would happily return for the idyllic setting and welcoming atmosphere.

Very nice campsite with sea views and beach access. Helpful staff. Be aware sites 75-80 are on the top level and don't have sea views (trees in the way). Friendly staff fitted us into a lower campsite. Love the swing picnic table sets.

Peaceful place, splendid view, returned location, near the Rivière du Loup ferry.

Perfect for an overnight stop.Parked in a row facing the river, the attendants are welcoming and the site is beautiful
