Bought a truck back in April. Although they appear nice be careful because their service isn't like their smiles. It took them 2 weeks after sale to send me the inspection report. When I received it is was back in Dec 2023. They didnt care to explain why then it took so long.
The inspection report said the vehicle was all fine. Just some cracked mirrors to change (which they upped the price of the sale for although they were legally entitled to change them(don't tell me you didnt expect to)). But when I took it to ford they found a bunch of other, larger, problems. Mainly a cracked manifold and a busted bolt on the turbo. The vehicle didnt make these noises until 2 weeks after purchase so personally I expect foul-play (bandage work).
They also operate a garage which, at first, seemed personnable to my concerns when I brought them up. Then contacting them became so difficult that I gave up trying.
They also failed to mention that the parts coverage with Guarantee National that they sold me had a maximum limit of $5,000. When the garage mentioned that they also said the declare KMs on the contract was 138k when it was supposed to be 158k.
Be careful of their deceptive practices.
