1/2 star Qualité de leur réseau très faible et de très mauvaise qualité, le réseau était toujours coupé, je ne recommande pas leur service. C'est le pire service à la clientèle jamais reçu. Ils sont venus récupérer l antenne que j avais payé et non loué dans mon cas - aucun remboursement? Plus de 900$ de frais en 3 mois pour aucun service aucun remboursement

Technical staff has to wait on a supervisor (the only person who knows how to program a piece of equipment) to fix a problem with outages that happen every hour.A supervisor who is not answering their phone...For the price being charged, that must be paid 3 months in advance... I would expect a reliable service. The only other option I have is Bell at 3mps... and I'm actually considering going to them!!Starlink isn't around yet, Fibre Argenteuil isn't available yet, no other provider comes here - I'm a captive consumer.They will not provide compensation for outages unless you document everything and call/email weekly.

Often down for repair, very uneven bandwidth. During the day it's fine, in the evening it's often a very weak signal.
