I bought hiking shoes on April 15 at the L'Équipeur store branch in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.
During this purchase I received courteous and informed service. The person at the cash register (St..) and the attendant on the floor are great! However, after walking a few km, I realized that one of the shoes purchased had a manufacturing defect (faulty stitching causing severe pain on the top of my left foot). When I returned on April 24 (with my 2 shoes to clearly demonstrate the difference between the 2 shoes) to want to exchange shoes (same brand and model), the person at the checkout (Cé...) never wanted to recognize the manufacturing defect problem. In order to make an exchange, she forced me to choose another model, claiming that it was my foot that was the problem!! But my 2 feet are the same! All this with a condescending tone bordering on rudeness (in front of another customer). Disappointing minimum. On the other hand, to be honest, all the other attendants (I also made a clothing purchase in March) were great.

Finally a store where I can buy jeans with 34 and even 36 leg lengths. Ideal for older people. Regularly good discounts like 50% on the 2nd items.
Ideal for workers in the construction trades with a specialized section and lots of variety.

Hello, I was referred to this store because it did not have the item I wanted from the nearest supplier to me, I drove 35 minutes only to have my exchange refused which had been accepted by another team. Very disappointed with the customer service I will never come back again
