He took care of getting us a tow to the shop - and the next morning, they fixed the car. He warned us that they fixed the car enough so that we could drive 3 hours and exchange the car. (they found a worn head gasket). We so appreciate that he - and the shop - understood our situation and didn't try to gouge us. Rather they acted in a way that us professional and with integrity.”
