Mehmet diagnosed my AC problem quickly and precisely, low on refrigerant. He did not just stop there and fill it up. He took the time and went further to locate the hidden leaking point and magically fixed it. Mehmet is a real professional. He treats cars with care, and does his job with honor and pride. I came to make my appointment and was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. The reception room was clean and well organized.
I thought my problem was serious. The advisor or mechanic explained to me that on my type of vehicle it is sometimes less serious. The team inspected my vehicle. They opted to change a few parts and my brake and suspension system works great now. All for much less than other quotes.

“The guys at Atelier Mercier are competent and accommodating in addition to being very reasonable on prices. Bought a new vehicle and called all the local garages, Mercier had a quote half the price of everywhere else, but they did not skimp on the quality of the work, they carried out the installation and balancing of the tires quickly and efficiently . They even agreed to repair an air leak on my vehicle (I accompanied my partner for its installation). Very reasonable price. Even lowered the price after telling me $70, they dropped it to $60 because I didn't have any wheel sensors (they could have said nothing and charged me $10 more, I would never have known ). They are transparent, available and honest and I would give them a job any day!”

“I went to Autotech for an issue with my car, before they started changing parts as soon as I asked for an appointment they sent me a graph telling me the probable causes for the error. After some part changes the issues wasn't fully resolved I called them back and they accomodated me the same day. After a few part changes where the mechanic sat with me to ask the history of my car the problem is now resolved. They are very professional and will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced.”

“A rare garage that is as competent as it is honest, really works for the customer with the most efficient and economically sensible solution. My vehicle stopped sporadically. I visited about 5 garages unable to identify the problem, one offered to change the computer (more than $1000 and it wouldn't have worked). Solution injection quickly identified that the air conditioning, completely jammed, was bogging down the engine, and recommended disconnecting it if not replacing it - then I asked to change a sensor to be sure there was no longer a problem. Around $250 and a very big problem solved!”
