Fromagerie L'Ancêtre (Baluchon) is a great little cheese shop and a must if driving nearby. It offers local products, including the succulent Ancêtre cheese, delicious hot cheese curds fresh daily, and the best cheese fondue ever. Excellent service includes helpful attention and samples to try. It provides a super happy cheese experience, making it always a pleasure and always fun to stop. Many recommend it as one of the best cheese shops in Quebec.
