About SAQ-Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines
SAQ is a business with courteous and friendly employees who provide an excellent welcome and are always ready to help. The staff is very cordial, professional, and attentive to customers even during busy times. The store offers a great selection of products, including a wide range of wines from here and elsewhere, fine liqueurs, grands crus, exclusive products, and some beers from around the world. It can satisfy lovers of fine drinks, though it does not carry every product and some favorites may be missing. The store itself is described as nice. However, the new store concept has been criticized; a wall of product boxes at the checkouts is seen as confusing and counterproductive, preventing a good flow. Parking is available and described as more airy. The business also provides empty boxes for shopping.

The advisors are great for giving suggestions I needed a red and a white for lobster and they were both delicious. All the crew are always exceptionally friendly for a government facility. More so than most elsewhere.

Excellent welcome, courteous employees and always ready to help us.
The wall of product boxes that serves as a screen for paying at checkouts is really counterproductive. It's confusing and prevents the flow of the store, already the new SAQ concept is rubbish, it's nothing to help.
