You might as well be patient because the only way to know that they are ready to make your insurance claim is when you receive a letter from your insurer that everyone is paid and in addition the courtesy car will be charged and that according to them your car is repaired. But surprise surprise it's been 7 months I've been waiting! They have had the parts for how long no idea apart from we forgot easy to say when you were paid in full before starting the job
