Seriously, go elsewhere to get your car well cleaned. They didn't clean the bottom sides of the car on the outside! Plus I had my engine cleaned at the same time and the guy used a pressure washer to the max to wash it off and the next day, when I used my car on the highway it was misfiring constantly. After checking the car, it had damaged spark plugs and other components. My car had no problems before. These guys don't know what they are doing!!

I am a customer who has been going to Oxa EVERY Friday for several years. I was never really satisfied and I never complained. Recently I experienced very poor customer service directly from the boss. After several attempts to obtain good service by asking my requirements, I realize that he doesn't care and prioritizes speed of execution over responding to customer requests.
-Once in 3 the roof of my truck is washed correctly
- Week passed interior/ext washing the dash was not washed
-my mags have never been washed properly neither on my truck nor on my car (I have nice mags on truck and car)
-refuses to respond to my customer request to thoroughly clean the inside of the fenders of my truck and then apply armor all en spay. I have to persist with him so that he makes this request which is a must for me
In short, for these reasons, I will never set foot in this establishment which offers a ZERO PROFESSIONAL service.

Anything! You never mentioned an extra $5 because I would have happily accepted and we would never have reached that point!! Instead of offering me this extra $5 at the start, you just sigh loudly at my requests and tell me that you won't do it! Then I have to persist with you to obtain the requested service!! And then I get angry when you tell me that armor all is expensive?! And it was I myself who told you that I would have paid the damn armor all if that was your problem! Your job is to respond to my customer request and invoice me accordingly that's it. Don't piss me off and beat around the bush, you understand? Learn to be honest and above all learn customer service FOR THE SURVIVAL OF YOUR BUSINESS

Great carwash. My husband went in to drop off the car and they were able to drop him off in the meantime and pick him up after it was done. We did car detailing and car looks greater than it has in years! They even fixed the stitching on the door without me asking. They also washed the outside of the car when I only asked for inside. Would go again!

Mazda has a problem of staining the paint under the external side mirrors and they fixed that with perfection. The price for the service received was good compared to other places. The team took time to accommodate my needs and have me a super nice support. I really recommend this place. Serious hard workers doing their job nicely. Super satisfied.
