“The Ria Money Transfer is located at the back of the Hoàng Oanh restaurant-counter, which prepares Vietnamese bánh mi sandwiches. You must contact the person at the sandwich counter directly to obtain the service. I was able to transfer the money without any problem and it arrived at its destination as expected. There is no waiting room or chair. This is a small office in the back. You have to stand to make the transaction. The dedicated space is narrow and it was quite noisy when I went there, because it is located next to the air conditioning vent. I suggest you take the opportunity to grab a Vietnamese sandwich while you’re there. The sandwiches are fresh and very good, for a very reasonable and competitive price!! There are several choices. You can have a loyalty card that entitles you to a free sandwich with the purchase of 10 sandwiches.”
