I went to the garage last Friday for a nail in a tire. Response from the lady at reception; no room today….So I made an appointment for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. given the urgency of the situation and asked if it was possible to do the oil change at the same time. Monday morning, almost 3 hours later, my car is apparently ready. The maintenance notice is always indicated on the indicator board. I ask if it is possible to do a “reset” because the mechanic seems to have forgotten. After checking, the same lady at reception informs me that they are not able to do the update and that I will have to go to the dealership... being very comfortable with the incomplete service received. I told him that if they can't offer the full service, let them know and we'll move on to the next garage... What a waste of time combined with very ordinary reception service. I can only imagine if the work required had been complex... Do yourself a favor and have your work done in a garage that will deserve your trust and your money. Damage

Had the tire installed on a new mag, they damaged 2 new mags and the wheels were tightened with an impact! The bolts had to be removed, tightened to the correct torque with the correct procedures! When I called back to tell them, the person told me that they didn't have time to recheck and that I would have to wait without knowing how long! For a garage specializing in tires, this is an ordinary service!

Overlly slow service. 3 hours for changing tires and changing oil. Never again. You can see through the window, mechanics wandering, joking, doing nothing. Less than 1 hour and half of total work.

I had a flat tire and they said they didn’t have time to repair it. Seriously? Now I have to look for another garage to repair my flat. I used to bring my cars for tire change and regular revision here but not anymore.

The mechanic told me that I had to change the valve cover gasket because it was leaking a lot of oil onto the alternator belt.
This was completely wrong, because it was the power steering pump that was leaking.
Very bad diagnosis which cost a lot of money for nothing...
