A beautiful family business in Ste-Julie where everyone works to meet the needs of their customers. They offer an information and advice course for new puppy owners - preschool for puppies. Guy is a man passionate about dogs. During this meeting, he shares his knowledge with us. He informs us about the commands and basic tips relating to the education of our puppy. He and his son are generous with their time, they answer our questions and give us valuable advice on all the products that are recommended for dogs with clear explanations. We left with a bag full of different products, which was much appreciated. And I know Guy is great at obedience classes. We will undoubtedly continue to visit them and ask them for advice.

Extremely interesting and relevant, Guy knows the canine world very well and it seems that he is not trying to absolutely sell us things. I highly recommend!

Our favorite pet store in Sainte-Julie. Family business who care about their customers and animals. He offers an information course for new puppy owners with Guy who really gives us a lot of information on basic commands and is generous with his time to answer questions. He gives us valuable advice on all the products that are recommended for dogs with clear explanations. We left with a much appreciated little gift bag! We will take the obedience class with Guy when our puppy is old enough. I highly recommend this local, family-owned business.

A big zero the groomer cut my dog's nails so short that it stopped him from dying very unhappy with the service and the fact that you hurt my dog. Not professional at all.

I recommend X 1000 this store! The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and the owner is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. We attended kindergarten and learned many things for our big dog! In addition, there is a wide range of products, toys and food for animals. We will absolutely return!

I'm not usually inclined to judge customer service, because I know it's not easy sometimes, but when you ask if there's any left of the kind of food you're looking for and the answer is, no and you'll see for yourself. even and there is still some.....
You arrive to pay and you nod that yes there are some left, and the young lady's response is well I didn't order another 🙄 you let other explanations take place because that shouldn't mean anything more.
