Very poor service, I have had several problems over the last 2 years since my last financial planner left. First error closing a mortgage for sale of the asset, no way to obtain the Mortgage statement dated today within a reasonable time. I had to sign the sale with the notary without having the final amounts. I had to get angry and call several times in addition to several emails from myself and the notary so that they finally obtained the correct document. Second mistake, the planner leaves a deposit in my RRSP in the amount of several thousand dollars in an interest-free cash account for the entire year until I realize it myself and I warn them. They tell me that it is partly my mistake and that I should have warned them before. They only offer me 50% interest lost. Third error, they continue to deposit 50% of my deposits in my family RESP in the name of my 18 year old son who is no longer entitled to the subsidy and then tell me again that it is my fault and that they can do nothing to correct the whole thing when I know very well that there is a possibility of having the government make corrections for this type of error. I called to be sure, it is not simple but it can be done. He tries to make me believe that it doesn't happen to avoid the paperwork. They have made me lose over $2000.00 this year and are taking forever and not keeping their word on returning calls. Don't take responsibility. I even asked to speak to the branch manager but she transfers it to someone else each time. I really gave them a lot of chance to resolve the problems but nothing is done. It's decided, I'm transferring all my assets and I'm sincerely considering filing a report with the AMF.

Good morning,Never had as many problems as with this bank, needing 2-3 people to open an account, then blocking the account because we make a transaction afterwards.

I took the trouble to go to the branch to make sure the request was handled immediately. Unfortunately the girl at the counter never sent the documents. Report I don't have my things in time for my trip. Worst service ever

Extremely bad service!! No one answers the phone...they block your account without even contacting you because they have errors in their system and our payments are no longer going through!!! I'm changing banks!!!
