A1 customer service! I've been a client here for over a year now. The staff is welcoming and very professional and prices are honest. I recently went in b/c a protection plate under my car was falling off (2 screws had fallen off). I 'hoped to get a last minute appointment for the next day but instead they took my car in right away and fixed the issue within 10 minutes, free of charge. It's nice to have confidence in your mechanic. Thank you Pneus Chartrand for your help and your generosity.

If I could have given 10 stars...Best mechanical service I have had.About 2 years ago my 2014 car started making a strange noise. Being a girl who knows nothing about mechanics, I had to go to 2 different garages and both companies were unable to repair my car.PIRE CHARTRAND WERE THE ONLY ONE TO FIND THE PROBLEM!!!!My car runs like new, despite a hefty bill.. I am very happy with the service I received. It’s lucky that it offers the FLEXITI program. (interest-free financing program)Thanks again tire chartrand!

Warning: dishonest or even illegal practice, linked to the costs of professional services. Tells me that professional services will be $140 for the tire break. Then becomes $210, since the tires were purchased elsewhere.They ask to take $15 profit per tire from another seller. Beware.
