I had a bad experience with them . I signed the car lease agreement with The salesman Yannik with the car price was 27330.49¥ buy back price was 15358.20¥. Lease 2weeks payment is 170.00¥. I paid 250¥ deposit on 2021,June . After the new car came in the store , i went to signed contract with Benoit. but he somehow increased the price that I did not know . As lease monthly payment was same , but buy back price was increased around 680¥ that I did not know . Now I wanted to buy car after ending the lease and found out price difference . Mathieu the financial director denying it . So now I have to file a complaint report to the Quebec consumer department to deal with this issue .very bad experience with them .

If you are outside of Quebec, don't expect to be able to do business with this dealership. I recently was in the market for a used car and a salesperson at this dealership informed me that the owner has a policy not to sell cars to people out of province. I emailed the owner to ask for an exception and inform him that I purchased a car from Gabriel Group (large Quebec dealer) 7 years ago and had a great experience. Nevertheless, I never heard from them. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.
In the end I purchased a second car from Gabriel Group and had a wonderful experience. They made the transaction easy. If you are from outside of Quebec, look at Gabriel Group and you won't be disappointed.

watch out for the financing department.....
Totally incompetent (many mistakes and time consuming errors) and they will up sell you expensive useless cars, finance and extra warranty for the car . total scam...

Nous avons eu un super service de Anthony au vente et de toute l'équipe. Nous somme.bien heureux de notre choix. Deux petit choses voiture pas super propre (quand ont va la chercher ont espère qu'elle brille de dedans et extérieur) et ont a un pneu tellement magané qui faut le gonfler chaque semaine (nous allons devoir le changer). Mais malgré c'est deux petite choses Nous avons été satisfais.

Premier et dernier achat à ce garage. Quel mauvais service, jamais de retour d’appel du vendeur Gabriel , les promesses de vendeur de voiture non tenues. Énormément déçue de cet endroit.
