Canada Post staff are friendly and smiling, providing helpful service and follow-up when needed. Although the team is small and sometimes busy, they do their best to assist customers. However, the business is often closed on Saturdays, with posted hours not respected, leading to frustration for those visiting during those times. Overall, the service is good but limited by staffing and hours.

Zero professionalism, being laughed in the face because you want to send money by Moneygram.. no professionalism in customer service..

No attempt at home delivery, there was a paper in my locker and I had to go get a big box (which only weighed 17lbs) which barely fit in my suitcase because they don't deliver if it doesn't fit in the small parcel box to the community boxes.
