The Ste-Marie branch offers conflicting information regarding the return and refund of parts ordered online and picked up in store.
At the time of pickup, the clerk reassured me that the return will be permitted, in 30 days, even if the packaging will be opened (carefully).
Two weeks later, another clerk expressed doubts about the refund, given that payment was made through Napa Online and the package had been opened. He declined the refund, referring me to the manager, who never called to communicate his decision.
The staff was very friendly.
However, NAPA online clearly states:
