Poor customer service. After 15 minutes at the parts counter hearing two clerks chatting to each other without any glances or hellos from them, I went to buy my parts on Amazon. Much less expensive and super fast service.

Disappointed, I thought that the 3 Prémont dealerships formed the same big family, but far from it. If you bought from one of the other 2 dealerships due to missing inventory and you're thinking of having your mechanical service done in Beauce, you're going to be told soon if you didn't buy your Harley there. In addition, the delays for maintenance are unreasonable up to 3 weeks for an oil change...Prémont Quebec top service they are ready to receive you anytime sometimes the same day ✌️. Finally, Prémont Québec is worth the detour to see, touch and try all the models and its incredible mechanical workshop! Even the mechanics take the time themselves to come and advise you on your future services or questions about your Harley! In addition, no motorcycles are left outside at all times.
