She explained the before, during and how very well. Since my daughter was having a second hole pierced in each ear plus a helix in one ear, she took all the time necessary to explain and reassure her. Taking breaks and making sure she didn't have symptoms of weakness, she was very professional. We recommend this place but also, obviously, Victoria who was welcoming, patient and professional.
