The truth is that I have always had excellent experiences regarding the treatment and friendliness in this supermarket. Sadly, today was the exception, I went with my husband in the morning, we ordered a few things to eat there and really the attention of whoever took the order was in my opinion one of eagerness and zero empathy.
When paying at the checkout for the things we brought, I asked him a question and his response was crude and without wanting to continue talking, he didn't even look at our faces or responded “with pleasure” when we said thank you.
I know they are busy but being kind and cordial doesn't take a second away.
It's sad because because of things like this you lose a client, kindness should always come first.

An essential place for lovers of Latin American culture and gastronomy!
This market not only offers a wide variety of cooking ingredients, such as flours, spices and traditional sauces from our countries, but also prepared foods of excellent quality. The freshly made Colombian empanadas, the arepas with cheese, buñuelos and pandebonos, the chorizos with arepa are unmissable.
Furthermore, something that really stands out is that here you can find typical hygiene products from our countries, such as soaps, detergents and everyday items from our culture that make us feel closer to home. Everything is very well organized, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always ready to help you with a smile.
The Marché des Ameriques is more than a market: it is a little piece of our culture in the city. ❤️🇨🇴🇲🇽🇦🇷🇨🇱🇻🇪🇭🇳🇵🇪🇪🇨❤️

Marche des Amériques offers exceptional and personalized service. Their team is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They even take the time to communicate directly with you to let you know what products are available, which shows their dedication and professionalism. In addition, they are always very friendly, welcoming and ready to help. The quality of the products is excellent, and we feel really well taken care of each time we visit. I highly recommend this place for their impeccable service and exceptional kindness.

If i were to recommend a latino supermarket in Laval.. i'd choose this one.
The amount of choices of candy, plantanitos, chips and drinks the second you walk in there is amazing 😭
The service was really friendly and the atmosphere is perfect.
Since this place also serves food too..
- For drinks, i recommend their pineapple slushie, tastes like a piña colada.
- For food, the churros (either nutella or dulce de leche) and the empanadas are mouthwatering.
I love this place, obvious 5 stars.
