“A very good place to shop for used auto parts at LKQ Sainte-Sophie in Quebec. Very competent and experienced staff too… so I’m still asking myself why they didn’t check the part before I drove 52 km from Montréal to pick it up in Sainte-Sophie. The rear LED tail light’s wiring had been severed, making it defective and totally useless. I had to wait another week for reorder… 2 weeks for a 2014-2016 car that I need everyday for the low-income work I do, that is driving as an independent business. That really hit me hard in the wallet, as renting was not a viable option for me. I did the math $$$ ?. But what am I to do when I order an old part priced $150, and asking for a garantee is not possible…Call it unlucky or what?”
