Dollarama is a clean store with products well laid out and easy to access for customers with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. The staff is nice and courteous, and the cashiers smiling. Service is fast, with several checkouts open when lots of people. Boxes in the aisles make it impossible to pass more than one at a time, and carts often must be packed by customers.

GOOD! Except the boxes in the aisles which make it impossible to pass more than one at a time and even then we sometimes have to pack the carts ourselves otherwise it's not possible to pass... but the staff is super nice and it's own.
