Metro Plus Thibeault Ste-Sophie is a clean and well-organized grocery store. Customers appreciate the specials offered, and there is a friendly atmosphere when masks are not required. Staff, including cashiers, are often described as sweet and polite. However, some notice a division among departments, with employees passing the buck when needed. There have been concerns about a manager in the bakery shouting and insulting staff, which affects the overall experience.
Selection of alcohol is limited, polite and courteous staff
