They don't want to talk to us, what kind of company is that. It's the store that sends them to me, otherwise I would never do business with this type of company, human contact is very important, it builds customer loyalty.

I'm giving it a 2 star because I've been leaving messages since July for them to come and repair my couch that they reinstalled incorrectly and I've never heard back from them. They don't respond to ANY of my messages.The owner came to reinstall the part of my couch that they repaired. He is very kind and very sociable. On that, I have nothing to say.On the other hand, he forgot to reinstall a large part of my couch. It hangs below my couch!!! No matter how much I leave him messages, I get NO response by email or phone.Looking at the comments, I'm not the only one who has this problem! It's really annoying at the price we pay for the repairs!What's also annoying is that I saw a truck from their company parked in front of my house this morning! I was very happy, thinking that they were going to come and knock but no...?What was it like going down 5 minutes to fix my damn couch that should already be fixed??????????Totally lousy after-sales service!!!

I've been waiting for a year for him to come and fix my couch. The technician came once to repair a seam and dropped a pot of glue on my couch worth over $3,000. They never returned despite several calls.

Qualité de service exceptionnelle qui vaut la peine d’être mentionnée: merci à Xavier qui était à l’heure, poli et sympathique, très compétent (il a trouvé rapidement la problématique de notre divan et savait exactement quoi faire) et nous a bien expliqué les étapes à venir pour la réparation. Si seulement toutes les expériences de service à la clientèle pouvaient être comme celle-ci! Bravo!

Don't bother... They damaged my sofa and brushed it off saying it was already there as if I don't know what damage was done on my new sofa especially when I live alone...I sent emails with description and many photos of what pieces on my 3500$ sofa that needed to be replaced and i got a quote of 350$ to change the pieces. I ordered the pieces myself and once I got them i notified them via email. I get a phone call saying its 100$ more cuz the guy made a mistake on pricing even though it was written clearly and with photos of damage. I said fine let's do it cuz I want it done. At the end i noticed a big hole cause from the guy sliding my couch on the plywood floor. Later on i noticed more damage proving that it was him cuz i never had my couch laying flat on its back and then draggin it. There is little damage on opposite side and on the new piece i ordered to replace the damage one... in total 3 spots of damage done to my new sofa after a repair to look new.....
