I am extremely satisfied with my recent car purchase from Ste-Thérèse Toyota.David Vallée and Sylvain Narbonne were both very helpful and knowledgeable.The entire buying process was seamless, with no pressure and no surprise extra fees. David was transparent, accommodating and most importantly the whole car buying experience was stress-free!Sylvain was very knowledgeable about my particular Toyota model and helped me with settings, Android Auto etc..David and Sylvain are an absolute credit to Ste-Thérèse Toyota!! I just wish there were more car Sales people out there like them.

Thanks to Patrice Auger! When he helped me on June 28, 2023 with my 2014 Toyota Corolla S. It was regarding my tire pressure. I had the tires removed, the rims cleaned and everything reassembled with sealant. All this...at no cost!

Très belle expérience avec David et son équipe! J'avais quelques petits caprices et David a su s'ajuster pour rendre mon expérience A-1! Aucun frais caché, montant pour mon véhicule d'échange très raisonnable et aucune difficulté à faire un essai routier. Ça fait du bien de traiter avec du monde honnête, surtout dans le domaine de l'automobile...;)

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Stay away from Toyota Ste-Therese, deplorable service, unpleasant and derogatory staff. Visit in less than 10 minutes, salesman who takes your name and telephone number gives you a document with the price of the car, tells you it's non-negotiable, because they sell so many, no try possible or even just enter the car. Said they don't buy back the cars or if they do it's $2500 and they send the cars to auction. Trying to talk by telephone with a supervisor about this unfortunate experience, I was transferred to Stéphane Corroyer who didn't listen, cut me off, insulted me and hung up the line on me! I have never had such an unpleasant experience and yet we have already done business with Toyota but not the Ste-Therese dealership, we have always bought our cars in a dealership (jeep, vw, bmw etc…) we do not This is not our first experience. It's pitiful to treat people like this, what bad customer service, stay away from Toyota Ste-Thérèse who sell so many cars that they don't need you as a customer!

Telephone service (garage) not very courteous, I called three times and the line picked up and then hung up without answering me. Hard to make an appointment.

Excellent buying experience with my new Carolla Cross LE AWD. However I had a technical question concerning the blind spot warning light drivers side and when I went to the dealer to inquire I felt like I was bothering the service person! I hope this will not be a common occurrence in the future for my service? May have been a bad day I guess but I have noted it! It does not always work but I hope it's just the cold or something....however I left uncomfortable!Sales wise....it was great! The rest remains to be seen.UPDATE....I went to another Toyota dealer and they treated me much better. They had a look and since then it's been working consistently. They are not certain if the sensor is defective but if it occurs again they would change it. I was too nervous to go back to my original dealer and wanted to compare. I may do my service with them instead.
