“Excellent service! Purchased a King Size mattress, they had a great selection of soft to firm. I went with a firmer option. High quality pillows I definitely recommend. Price is better than online and delivery was done with care. Thank you so much!”
“Very impressed with the service received and the kindness of the lady who helped me purchase a first double mattress for my daughter! Great promotions in addition to fall, I received a mattress cover and a free set of sheets!!! Thank you ?”
“Great selection of products at reasonably good prices. Great warranty of 10yrs comes with matress I purchased which is a bonus! Great customer service. Sales rep took the necessary time to show all options available for my needs, even though other customers we're waiting. Delivery went very well and professional.
Tracking system is very efficient.
Will definitely return in the future. Definitely recommend!!”

“I had a wonderful experience with Daniel. He was incredibly kind, and patient. He took the time to listen carefully to what I was looking for in a mattress, and helped me find exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend coming here. Daniel made the entire experience easy, and enjoyable!”
“This family company is second to none. I received exceptional and welcoming service. My custom mattress for my roadtrek is so comfortable! I highly recommend it.”
“Jean-François nous a rappelé dans l'heure lorsque nous avons rempli le formulaire en ligne et lors de la visite du lieu de vente, il nous a fait essayer plusieurs options. Le matelas, fait sur mesure, est formidable, exactement ce que nous espérions. Le service clientèle, la qualité du matelas, la livraison, tout était parfait. Je recommande fortement.”
“Very good service from Martin who explained the different types of mattresses to us, unlike his colleague from Laval who was sleeping soundly during our visit.
Thanks Martin”
“We were advised on site by Valérie, who was cordial and informative, all without bullshit or any pressure. She guided us in choosing a mattress with which we are very satisfied. Matelas Prestige is a Quebec company with a very well organized and unpretentious store. THANKS!”

We were also very impressed with the special delivery.

On the whole it was a very positive experience.”

“We visited Entrepôt le Matelas in Laval, and our experience was outstanding. When we arrived, Steve Croisetière was just about to leave and close the store. We were not aware of their schedule. Despite that, he was incredibly kind and took off his jacket to stay and help us. Many employees would have simply asked us to come back another day, but Steve went above and beyond.
He took the time to explain every detail thoroughly! We walked in planning to buy one mattress and left with two, along with pillows and covers. Steve is truly excellent at what he does.
I’m also not sure about some of the negative reviews here. The return policy is clearly printed on the receipt, including the requirement to purchase a mattress cover for protection. Everything was explained to us clearly.
We purchased our mattresses on New Year’s Eve and were told delivery would be on Friday. We assumed it would be the following Friday, but the delivery person actually called us on New Year’s Day, on his day off, to confirm the delivery. On Friday, he called again to give us the exact arrival time. I was honestly shocked that they arrived exactly at the minute he said they would!
The delivery team was very friendly, very professional, and even removed their shoes before bringing in the mattresses. Overall, the entire team went the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Highly recommended.”
“Very good team. There was one in the truck who gave the boxes and the other 2 brought in the boxes in pairs and not alone except for the 2 bedside tables. They put my boxes where I told them. Very satisfied. Big difference between that of November 9 and this one.”

“In the last 10 years I have purchased 4 mattresses all high end (around 4,000.00$ each) and they all gave me a sore back. I don't have a back problem unless I sleep on the wrong mattress. I purchased the Venti Doubles Sided Organic and oh my...I am having the best sleep ever. I wake up in the morning and I simply don't feel my back. My back is light as a feather!! In addition, I sleep more profoundly, turn and change position way less often (if at all) and don't wake up during the night. It is such a blessing to sleep this well and my body is thanking me for choosing latex. Thank you Essentia. Best purchase of the last 10 years.”
“Very nice store! Thank you very much to Elodie for her help and valuable advice, she really took the time to guide me as best as possible!
I will definitely return there for other purchases!”
“It was my first time at Urban Barn in Laval and it certainly will NOT be the last. What a great store and the service was impeccable! The representative, Nathalie, was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind! The manager of the store was also amazing! Thank-you for a wonderful experience!!”

“We recently made a purchase from Meubles RD Laval, and overall, the buying process was smooth. The furniture quality is excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
That said, the experience could easily have turned into a nightmare because of the challenges we faced with the post-delivery process and the online customer support team. Fortunately, Kimberly, the store manager, completely turned the situation around.
Kimberly is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely understands the importance of taking care of customers. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the issues and made sure we were satisfied. Her commitment to customer service is exactly what creates loyal customers and reflects positively on the store.
Thank you, Kim, for your outstanding support and dedication. You truly made all the difference in our experience!”
“I’m very happy with my experience with JC Perreault! From placing my order to delivery, everything went smoothly. My order arrived exactly when I was told it would.
They contacted me ahead of time to arrange a delivery date, and on the day of delivery, they kept me updated throughout the day so I knew when to expect them. I really appreciated the communication and the fact that they kept me informed every step of the way.
Great service, great communication, and they delivered exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend JC Perreault!”
