I always have excellent service at this Mondou: kindness, courtesy and good advice. Today I spoke with Audrey, she listened to my cat's problems from start to finish, showed me several products and options to improve the situation. She was a big help. It is this exceptional service that leads me to write this review. Thank you Mondou Ste-Therese. :)

Good advice, they take the time to answer questions. The only problem is the location, which is why I didn't give it a 5 star rating and the store is smaller and doesn't offer all the services like another Mondou. However, I prefer it as is and that it remains close to home.

Place too small, always missing a lot of items, little parking. Personally, I much prefer the Mondou de Blainville which, for its part, is worth the detour!

On a acheté le gros sac pour pitout, on a eu assez pour 12 personnes, on a servi avec de la sauce italien, des légumes, du riz, on a chanter au son du tatam ????

J’ai une malamute de 7 ans qui s’appelle Shaya et je dois changer sa nourriture vers des croquettes pour chiens adulte avec de la glucosamine pour ses os et des suppléments adaptés à ses besoins. Je suis allé à ma succursale habituelle de Ste-Thérèse où j’ai toujours un excellent service. A mon arrivée, Laurie nous a accueilli avec le sourire et nous a demandé si elle pouvait nous aider. Elle m’a accompagné dans l’allée et m’a donné une foule d’information sur les produits Hills qu’elle connaît vraiment très bien, et m’a proposé des croquettes pour les besoins de mon chien. Comme elle n’en avait plus, elle a appelé à la succursale de Boisbriand pour mettre un sac de côté à mon nom. Je m’y suis rendu et j’ai eu, là aussi, un excellent service. Je vais toujours chez Mondou parce que le service est vraiment exceptionnel! Merci Laurie!
