I came to make my appointment and was greeted in a courteous and professional manner. The reception room was clean and well organized.
I thought my problem was serious. The advisor or mechanic explained to me that on my type of vehicle it is sometimes less serious. The team inspected my vehicle. They opted to change a few parts and my brake and suspension system works great now. All for much less than other quotes.

“WOW what a wonderful service I received.Let me explain: During my vacation this summer at OKA Park in August 2023.The day after my arrival was Thursday August 3, 2023. I wanted to use my car to go to the village. On the road the battery light turned red. Since I have had cars, I have never experienced this situation. I just think that the battery is dry because the day before when I set up at the campsite it took 3 hours. I had all my camping gear set up and I had left the car doors open the whole time.In short, to make a short story, it was not the battery but the alternator which was finished. The only garage open, because it was during the weeks of construction vacancy, was Garage C.M. — Point “S”.I explain to them that I am in OKA camping, I ask if they have a courtesy car? Marc-André who did the research on the computer to find out the price of the repair and the availability to repair the car (Friday August 4), told me no, they have all been done. :-(Luckily Martin, the manager of the place, I think, because I had a great welcome and great customer service, told me we're going to take you back to the campsite.WOW for me I couldn't ask for better services.The problem is that the car is like wild camping, which I do, everything is inside the car, cooler, changing room and lots of other stuff. So I have the evening meal and some wood for the evening and I leave with Patrick with whom I had a nice conversation. THANK YOU for our exchanges there and back the next day Friday, because it was agreed that the next day I would call so that they would come back and pick me up when the car was repaired.So here it is with GREAT JOY, PLEASURE, HAPPINESS, SATISFACTION of a customer, that I recommend the services of Garage C.M. — Point “S” because for me I could not ask for better services.May the best continue to accompany you guys Martin, Patrick, Marc-André and Marcel the BIG BIG BOSS of the place. :-)With all my heart and in all friendship receive my LOVE. “Had a great experience at OK Tire DDO last week. I brought my car in after hearing some weird noises, and the mechanic quickly discovered that all my brakes were at the end of their life. I had a feeling they were due, and I’m glad they caught it before it caused any major damage. 1. The person who took care of entering my car did not put a seat protector on it.
2. When you are told that 1 liter of antifreeze is missing, it would have been nice if a small observation had been made to avoid the worst. I was told to make a mechanical appointment. Bizzz
If you want customer retention, this is not the right method.
The location is clean and the employees are well dressed.”
