I had the worst experience at this Bouclair! I came in to return an item I purchased from this very same store and I felt disrespected. The lady at the front didn’t bother to say hi when I entered the store. She kept asking if I did my purchase online or in store and when I said in store she asked which store, as if I cannot return an item purchased from another store. At the cash, there was an issue where they couldn’t proceed with my return. It took a good 10 minutes with the manager trying to figure out the issue and again she kept asking if I made my purchase online even after having told her before. I insisted that I would call customer service to figure out why I couldn’t do my return but she kept saying that wouldn’t help. And then suddenly the issue was somehow fixed and she was able to do my return without giving me an explanation. Upon this experience I would never walk into this Bouclair again and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
