“Blown away by the customer service at this store. We ordered a playhouse online and there were some pieces missing. We headed to the store to get an exchange or refund and Leo, the chef d'équipe, was so helpful and kind. He refunded the purchase, found us another similar playhouse, had it brought out from the back and put into our car all in about 5 min. Thank you Leo, you are excellent at your job and you helped us make my little niece's birthday perfect :)”
“I like Old Navy because it’s easy to see the merchandise by categories and colours. It was Hard to identify the assistants in the store (no specific top or colours) and the women’s toilet had no toilet paper in both stalls.”
