Great team, I was refused elsewhere to have a new remote programmed to my remote starter as they did not want to touch a European car. FYB took me in same day and because they were having issues with the software update they gave me a courtesy car with no extra fees. They won't let go of your car until they find and fix the problem. Very well organized. The prices are fair and they have several courtesy cars. Already three experiences with them on our two cars. For those who love their cars!
