I just purchased a 2023 ID4 from a private individual. I just did the 15,000 km inspection with the tire change at Volks Valleyfield. I received excellent service, courteous and with a smile. Very satisfied and as a bonus they washed my vehicle free of charge. A big Wow. You won me over I will go back and recommend your dealership. THANKS

A big thank you to the whole team. All members are courteous and always attentive to their customers. I went to the service for coolant and even though the store was closed, they sold me some so that I could travel safely with my vehicle during the long weekend. I have never been disappointed with their service and I trust them.

Excellent service and parts, I never had a complaints or problems, and when I ask if I could try out one of their new mk8 golf r, they pretty much yes and now I want an golf r. Nice worker and people, can't complaint.

Big lack of professionalism!! I lost the key to my Jetta so I went to order one on a Friday, I was told that they would call me as soon as they received the key to make an appointment to program the key, on Wednesday of then I tell myself that they must have received it because it's been 4 working days since I ordered and I have no calls, so I call by myself and they tell me that they are sorry for not m I called and they received the key, so I made an appointment for programming the next morning at 10:30 a.m. and they told me to have my car towed to the dealership the evening before the appointment so that's what I did, they called me at 7:30 in the morning on the day of the programming to tell me that they don't know what to do with my vehicle because they don't have the key which is completely normal because I don't I was able to find the key! In short, when I arrive at my appointment I am told that it takes around 45 minutes to do the programming so I wait in the waiting room only to be told an hour later that he had forgotten me and that they will start ! In addition to costing me a lot of money, I find it very poorly managed.

J’ai été très déçue du service après vente, j’ai un problème de pompe à eau sur ma golf qui fait désormais parti d’un règlement judiciaire et même si le garage m’a déjà donné un estimé pour faire réparer ce problème qu’ils avaient détecté, ils disent maintenant qu’il n’y a aucun problème donc ne peuvent changer le morceau… malhonnêteté assurée!
