Read whole past. Lots of talk and no action.Placed the order in March, I sent 4 emails to inquire about my order and did not hear back. Finally after my last email I received a response and the owner called me and apologize as my order is on back order and my emails we missed. He apologized and looked for options as there is no delivery date for the product and color I had originally order. He offered me an alternative choice. I have to say I was not impressed with the lack of response, but understand things happen when a business gets busy and it can be hard to keep up some times. I am impressed by his cander and willingness to offer alternatives! I thought we had the issue solved and was hoping to get what I ordered.Update, it’s now August, I guess candar was an act to drag this on. All I have gotten is excuses and no action. Still waiting for my order and no updates. All I have gotten back is” still haven’t forgotten about you.” No order, no update, even after I chose another Color for the same item he supposedly had in stock. I will not order again from tact-code. I would suggest look else where.

excellent service. Owner very helpful, took time on the phone to explain the pro's and cons of articles I wanted (Eberlestock Recon bino harness). Order was shipped from them the same day, it arrived at my home next day. Very happy with items.

(Original) I've placed an order almost 2 months ago, money went through. contacted the seller, then after waiting a week for a response he told me he was going to put my order in "ASAP"... its been 2 weeks since he said that, and still nothing.(Edit) * Owner contacted me and explained they're working on technical problems with the website.he was apologetic and I believe he will sort these problems out

I order a holosun le117 laser a month ago and I still haven’t received it yet it cost me $499.95 I was finna cancel my order but the owner told me that it should take a week from the factory and that was a couple weeks ago strongly thinking about getting a refund but can’t get in touch with owner

Made an order with tacticode almost 2 months ago. The item I order was labeled in stock when I placed my order then as I waited weeks I got curious so I emailed them and was told it was out of stock and would ship in a month. It has been over a month and still nothing. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend to others. Very pour communication and customer service. I would have expected them to inform me with what’s going on but I am left in the wind….. If you’re looking for tactical gear I would personally recommend 911supppy over this company any day.
