My package was given to someone else. In addition, it required a signature and proof of residence. A package costs $1500. We see everything on the surveillance camera of the post counter. The sender does not want to return another package to me because it is not a 'lost' package. There was a signature from an unknown person. I had to miss an afternoon of work to make phone calls with the supplier only to have to go to the police station to open a file for theft at the request of the supplier. Everyone is throwing the ball. It happened on May 22. It's June 10 and nothing has been resolved. I'm paying for a nice phone that I don't have IN A VACUUM.

Carole is excellent, but Sandra doesn't seem to like her job and only loads packages... I had to insist that she finally put my envelope through her template.... $26 vs 3 $ to send the same item. Poor service!
