I find it ordinary to be called a liar by the manager, I have a dress blouse that was really wrinkled when I ironed it, I went to explain it to the employee who called the manager and the The employee's explanation was that I had washed it in hot water even though I told him that I never wash in hot water, so I am a liar and that they always steam iron clothes and it never does that, yet on the label it is clearly written not to iron, so it is a very fragile fabric to do that and that you have to wear wrinkled, I would never have bought this garment if you had warned me before but since they don't even know it themselves, they prefer to say that the customers have to wash in hot water. The manager doesn't take responsibility, so I wasted $30 on a piece of clothing that is only good for the trash. So I don't encourage anyone to go to this store. I still bought a large amount of money from this store and to be called a liar like that for me is clearly a lack of knowing how to live. So I'm going to give my money elsewhere than Pentagone Shawinigan now.
