They failed to mention to me a charge of $35/month for the telephone in addition to my plan. The agent also failed to tell me that I will have to pay $190 at the end of my contract if I want to keep the device. I was lied to into upgrading my device with them. Extremely disappointed with the service. Very excited to change companies in 1 year

Very expensive price and lots of hidden fees. They sold me a phone for $1200 and it still belongs to them after paying that amount, plan another $200 for the phone to belong to me.
