I have been a koodo customer for over 15 years, but I purchased a children's GPS watch (I made sure it worked in Canada beforehand) and since koodo still does not cover this service, telus convinced me to transfer to them. I went to the store in Shawinigan to be told that it would be impossible to activate the said watch with any company, that I had been cheated and that what's more, I paid too much ( but they don't have any comparable products to offer me either). When I explain that I had inquired, the seller insists and seems very convincing and knowledgeable... Leaving the store I still go back to do my research on the internet to see that Bell is one of the company's suppliers of my watch. I called them and they activated it for me in the time I told them! It’s lucky that I didn’t rely on him! When we don't know what we're talking about, we don't disagree and we avoid misinforming people! Very angry about this experience which made me feel like an idiot... Well done you have lost a loyal customer... never again!

We were selected the new residential internet service, purely because of the promotion of Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+. We were very clear that this is what we wanted. The employee told us yes that's it, you will receive emails to link your accounts. Finally, the discount that came with it wasn't for all that but just Netflix, we have to pay more if we want the Disney+ and Netflix option.
So the employee literally sold us something we didn't want, because he understood our needs and misled us. In the end, with the real price that we would have to pay to have these services thanks to Telus, it comes down to exactly the same amounts as my separate subscriptions. Customer service on the phone does not want to do anything. very disappointed with all this

Request information for the price of a device on my plan, give me very high prices I cross-check with their website and it is indeed supposed to be cheaper… I inform the clerk he tells me that it is a promotion internet only that he can't do it even though it's listed nowhere... after 20 minutes tells me that's indeed the price I saw on the site that "his price list was not at day” sounded more like someone wanting to do more errand…. Very poor customer service. The store told me no as it was not for them and I was told I was misinformed by Telus.This is the last time I will use the Bring back program. I got the ball bounced back and forth from one department to another.
