Twice I went to purchase some simple items and twice I left empty handed. I will not be returning.

9/10 times there are never staff available to help me load hardwood pellets into my car. I had to sit for 20 minutes, knocking on the back door. I walked back into the door demanding someone assist because the gate was locked and someone finally they unlocked the gate. Young kids seem to not want to go outside.

Great spot for items needed around the house. Has a decent amount of stock for the size of the building.

This CTC has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. No garage/mechanic doesn't help either.

The last couple of months have been a mess. Carts blocking off isles and lots of empty shelves (most of the items are loaded in the carts that are blocking isles) . I realize and see that there are changes and relocations happening, but that much chaos is unnecessary. I have worked at setting up a Canadian Tire in the past, and it was nowhere near the mess happening here in Shawville. I guess with no competition, like the cities have, getting it done quickly does not seem to be the top priority.
