I made a purchase online and unfortunately the boots purchased were too small for me. I go to the store to get a refund. The seller tells me the purchase was made with your Desjardins credit card, but Desjardins does not accept refunds on the card. I will therefore have to reimburse you on a Debit card. I tell him that unfortunately I don't have it with me and that I will have to drive 1 hour to get it. If possible, reimburse me in cash, but he refused, telling me again to make the return trip home. Very disappointing experience!! To see if I will buy from Aldo again in the future! …

Rude staff, when I tried a pair of shoes, I found them uncomfortable, so when the staff member came back to ask if I would take it, I answered no unfortunately, they didn’t let me finish my sentence that the box was already back in their hands with a not very demure look.
I wanted to try another pair, but I’d rather take my business elsewhere or even online. Don’t bother here, if you really want to try one of their styles, order online, returns are free anyway and you won’t have to engage with their poor staff behaviour.
