I have come to provide a counterbalance to the negative opinions written here.I think their big logistical problems are resolved because I have ordered online 3 times in 12 months (December 2022, October 2023 and December 2023), fast delivery, exact order, in short, nothing to complain about.

Sole comes off after 2 months really disappointing quality and paying $200 at sport expert is really theft, oops my problem is resolved return to sport expert they found my invoice and gave a new pair thanks to the employees at the Terrebonne gallery

One of the worst customer service, I waited on line (phone) for 28 minutes only to have at the end someone who doesn't speak French at all hang up on me.... I'm waiting for my refund for 2 months ??

I went to the office in Sherbrooke to get information about being a supplier. The 3 employees who were there looked at me and then we continued to chat. They never went to open the door. I was stunned by what had just happened. I would never do business with them. What a lack of professionalism.

I bought Asics gel cumulus shoes from sports check in Mississauga. Shoe after a short while got a big and a small hole at the top of the shoe I contacted the Asics customer service for warranty purposes .They required the receipt which I couldn't find but I offered them to provide them my bank statement. That was not good enough for them. It's a shame that I have to throw an expensive pair of shoes because Asics don't want to find out the reason of their defective product.Their customer service is so poor. I'm done with Asics and sticking to Saucony.

Shoes were returned, refund never received. Asics stopped returning my emails. Their listed phone number does not work. I can see from other reviews that this is a common practice for their company.

ASICS300 Taylor Rd #435, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ONWorst customer service, and unprofessional employees who lack the ability to express empathy to frustrated and worried customers. Manager speaks to customers extremely degradingly and insults you on the phone and makes you feel like they have done you a favour. At 11:14am on a Sunday the manager wouldn’t even disclose his name and berated me when I as a consumer I was trying to come up with a solution…. asking me what my name is instead - asking my partner where she works….All because I made the mistake of purchasing at your store and the ASICS brand? Thanks for not being a human being and rather than trying to be considerate showed me to stay away from this corporation.Another classic example of a big brand, whose employees have minimal customer service training. Driven to value monetary gains, rather than customer needs.

DO NOT BUY FROM ASICS CANADA! Horrible customer service. They are dismissive and rude. They stole $100 from me and refuse to acknowledge the situation and rectify it.

Similar to the review below, ordered 2 pairs of shoes from ASICS Canada on April 3. For some reason Canada Post was unable to deliver them. Which in this day in age almost seems impossible. (But likely a CP thing).Unfortunately there was absolutely no help from ASICS’s. Customer service is only an email and Harold could only tell me that my shoes are back at the warehouse, had absolutely no care and simply saying they will expedite my refund in 7-10 days. They even blame the issue on the impacts of Covid-19 lol.What was missed is that, I paid for two pairs of shoes, so clearly I wanted the shoes, and when I asked for the shoes, not a refund, they told me to go online and order them again. That to me was even more flawed, since I lost trust in the process when they failed to deliver the first time, why would I feel comfortable ordering again and having paid twice for a shipment I never received??I’m sad I like there shoes, but I truly don’t like there company anymore.

Its been almost 2 months and I still haven’t got my refund for the shoes that I have returned at the store. Store said they cant do anything regarding this. Emailed them one month ago and there is no response.No phone number to call them.Not sure what else I can do to get my hard earned money back.

I really like your shoes but your customer service sucks . I have emailed at least 5 times for help and never got an answer yet when i emailed new balance the got back to me many times with in 24 hours. You want us to pay 240$ for a pair of shoes but wont answer emails for any issues. Ill stick to new balance . Thanks for nothing

The website is pretty buggy. Due to the other reviews, I was very careful about picking the right size and I received my shoes without problem and they fit and look great! Love the shoes.

It is hard to imagine that in today's world a company can have such a terrible website. The person in charge of this should be embarrassed. Not only is it Brutaly slow to the point of it being unusable, it is also filled with bugs, dead Links, and poor information. On top of that the company has a terrible reputation of customer service.If you manage to use their website, you deserve a medal!Buy something else if you can
