If I may, I would like to mention that the work done on my son's vehicle is disappointing. Guaranteed work should be impeccable, even if the customer does not pay. The photos clearly demonstrate shoddy workmanship and peeling paint despite the company repairing it. It will have to be done again. Also, it is a shame that this corporate culture does not care about respecting its customers because the employee at the counter said to end the discussion: “let him sign this and describe it”. Very poor service.

Very stupid staff. I waited 2 years for my warranty and the job was very poorly done. I had a very bad experience with Avantage Carr-Estrie.

one year to validate a repair under warranty. They broke my windshield during the repair and made me pay for it despite my not being responsible. 10 days of loss of use of my vehicle and forced to rent a car. total bill $1000 for warranty repair. also my rain sensor for my windshield wipers no longer works (on the windshield, behind the rearview mirror). I went back to see them yesterday and then I got angry because I hate being taken for an idiot by being told that they were not responsible and by giving me lame explanations which just proved that they had not does not test the sensor. I was nice and I paid for the windshield, but this is too much, I have started civil proceedings regardless of the price it will cost.
